Dr Moschoudis is an experienced leader providing leadership in the development of transformational leadership models, strategic planning, and field implementation methodology for public and private sector entities. This paradigm having relevant application in government, medical research, mining, manufacturing, domestic and international trade, resources, technology, financial and property markets, logistic modelling, and academia.

 

Dr Moschoudis provides advice and guidance in corporate leadership, corporate cultural and strategic transformation, and policy development, governance, and risk management for Public and Private sector stakeholders, with the intent of developing and implementing sophisticated policies, models, structures, techniques, practices, procedures and methodologies in achieving and surpassing organisational objectives. Charles has regularly led multidisciplinary teams in both the Public and Private sectors.

Dr Moschoudis is legally qualified and is a specialist in commercial and criminal law, having appeared and advised both Public and Private sector clients in thousands of matters.

 

Before practising law, he gained considerable experience in the Public Sector, as a sworn member of the NSW Police Force. He undertook duties as a covert operative narcotics investigator (secondment: Major Crime Squad (sth) and D.E.A. (Special Forces)), having later worked as a full-time member of the Special Operations Group (Suth). Following which he was later designated as a Prosecutor.  

 

He has previously worked for non-profit organisations, such as the Sydney Regional Aboriginal Corporation Legal Services. He has provided pro bono assistance to members of the community through the NSW Bar Association Pro Bono Scheme for almost a decade. 

 

As part of Charles’ doctorate, which he undertook through Torrens University Australia, he developed a model known as the “Strategic Objective Analysis and Implementation Model” (SOAIM). This is a transformational tool, incorporating data modelling, issue diagnosis, objective formulation, analysis of known facts and anticipated evolving variables leading to the development of solutions and methods of application and implementation, which may then be strategically executed in the field. This all being undertaken within the auspices of a flexible and adaptive leadership paradigm. This model may be utilised and easily adapted within both the Public and Private sector arenas.

Dr Moschoudis’ collective real-world experience supplemented by academic learning has placed Charles in a unique position and has highlighted the importance of such things as Resilience, Adaptability, Sustainability, Issue Diagnosis, Intelligence Gathering and Assessment, Objective Development, Strategic Planning and Review, and the Execution of such Strategies and Solutions within Project Orientated Real World Environments.
